Mr. Leving and his firm was under review of the Attorney Review and Disciplinary Committee (ARDC) of the State of Illinois for nine months during 2007.
Mr. Leving was hired based on his website publicity as a Father's Rights advocate.
If you are a Father considering hiring Mr. Leving's firm I urge you to request a copy of the letter sent to the ARDC so you can make an informed decision !
I would not want other father's to have the experience I had and therefore want to make the public aware of my experience.
Mr Leving has also engaged a law firm to shut this website down and thereby infringe 1st ammendment rights to public and free speach ~ why is Mr Leving doing this if he has nothing to hide?
